Shipping/Refunds

We know you are excited to receive your merchandise and we work as quickly as possible to get it shipped to you.  We ship from the USA so there are no customs delays.  The most our processing time will take is 3 business days after your order is placed and you will receive a tracking number after it has been shipped.

For refunds or exchanges we offer a 15 day guarantee, after you receive the product to request a refund.  It must me in the original packing and in new condition.  Thanks for your understanding and hopefully you will not need this information.
